Co-founder, Program Director, ABA Artiste
Megan Duffy Cassella, MA, BCBA
Megan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who received her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Caldwell College. She has been in the field of autism and ABA for over 15 years, most recently as the co-founder, managing partner, and clinical director of Spectrum ABA Services, an agency that provided in-home and at-school therapy and consultation services to children with autism spectrum disorder. She also has worked in both public and private schools, including the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center, EPIC, and Garden Academy.
Megan has developed, managed, and worked with home, after-school, and community programs throughout the state of New Jersey, and she has worked with children of various skill levels ages 3 to 21. Her research on reducing vocal stereotypy has been presented at several professional conferences, including the Association for Behavior Analysis International’s annual conference, and her study was published in the Journal for Applied Behavior Analysis.
At ArtisticallyAbled, Megan utilizes her ABA expertise in developing and overseeing all individualized modifications to our art curriculum. This includes devising appropriate content in collaboration with our art director and teachers, training staff, and teaching classes. Megan is thrilled to turn her attention and expertise to the creative arts in order to help all of our outstanding students unlock and showcase their inner artistic talents.
When not at our studio, Megan and her husband enjoy getting creative with their two children, whose artwork covers her walls (and counters and floors and furniture).
